In consideration for this "rental period”, I agree to transfer via ______50% of the rental for the amount of _________. I will send the remaining 50% of the rental_________ ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL prior to the start of the rental agreement.

I will pay the $500 CDN Damage Deposit upon arrival. This amount has to be paid prior to guest occupying the house. It will be fully refunded provided the Highway House is determined to be in the same condition as prior to your occupancy.

I understand my responsibility as occupant and accept financial burden for any damages for the Highway House or its surrounding property, caused by myself or any members of my party.

By signing below, I agree to pay for the total repair or replacement costs of the Highway House and surrounding areas in the event of damage or loss, caused by myself or any members of my party during our stay. Such damages and loss will be covered in writing and provided to you by the owner.

** Sorry no pets and smoking are permitted in the house**

Weekly maid service and linens are provided.

Refund Policy and Other Additions

Due to the nature of our business, we get most of our bookings 1 month in advance. Should you cancel your reservation we have a "no refund" policy unless we are able to book the house for the same dates that you had reserved. In this case, we will refund 50% of the rental price, providing you have paid for the rental in full. Your damage deposit is always 100% refundable at cancellation.

No parties allowed for groups over "6" without the prior consent of the owner.

A $150 penalty will be charged for "Lost Keys".

Disclaimer

Highway House has insurance, but you might still consider getting travel insurance. The owner of the house or its agent, Highway House, is not responsible for any accidents that happen in the house or on the grounds. The owner is not responsible for personal valuables. If you carry expensive equipment, we recommend you get insurance.
