The cost of staying at The Highway House on West Lake |
The Cost - $1,500 for 1 weeks stay.Prior to every occupancy, we check the house with the client to agree to the condition of the guest house.
Check in time is 3pm Saturday and check out time is 11am the following Saturday, 7 days in total.
Highway House on West Lake is smoke free.
The Highway House on West Lake also has a policy of no pets.
Longer rental periods are available.

| We require a 50% non-refundable reserve deposit. If you cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to retain that money until another client rents the period you initially requested. Once we filled your time slot, you'll receive up to 75% of your deposit, as we have a processing fee. This all depends on when you book the house. Prime time - June 1st to Labour Day, $0 back. The high season is our prime business period and we process a lot of inquiries about the property, so please make sure that your vacation plans are solid. We ask that you send your deposit as soon as possible, otherwise the next person in line will get your spot. We need it within one (1) week. Any emergencies will be met with reason and compassion. All clients are required at the time of retaining the keys to house, will pay a $500 CASH (no credit or debit charges permitted) damage/security deposit to cover the cost of any undue damage or excessive cleaning. The security/damage deposit also covers the remote controls for the entertainment centre, the Park Pass and the keys to the house. You'll receive the $500 back once we get the house keys, remote controls and if there is no damage. 99.9% of the time, the house is the same condition as it was before the rental period had begun. The Park Pass if lost, cost $150 to replace.

| We assume that 1 person shall be responsible for all members of the party who takes possession of the Highway House. We will only deal with 1 person handling the money. We further expect that all monies be delivered up front. In other words, if we don't receive all the money, you won't get the keys to the house, its that simple. Thanks! |
